Many rare genetic diseases trace back to a single, identifiable change in a person's DNA. But because each variant often affects only a handful of people, no company can justify building a therapy for it. Patients and families are left to manage a condition that could be addressed at its root. Rarivive exists to close that gap by sequencing a patient's genome, pinpointing the causative mutation, and engineering a gene therapy around that one person's biology.
